I believe healing can be found in a variety of ways that are unique to each of us. Our identities, experiences, and stories shape who we are. I believe it is monumental to learn how all of our pieces intersect to create our authentic self. By understanding these, healing can be transformative. By providing guidance, support, safety, and empowerment my main goals are to enhance the healing process and promote thriving. I believe social justice work is a requirement for therapists. I am pro-human rights, pro-LGTBQ+, pro-DEI, pro-pro-intersectionality, anti-ICE, anti-capitalist, anti-fascist, anti-systematic racism.
