My name is Jacob Asbridge and I am an LSCSW. I provide compassionate, play-based therapy for children to help them express emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels natural and safe. Through play, children find their voice, process their experiences, and begin to soar. Alongside my work with children, I also support younger adult men moving through life’s transitions - whether it’s the pressure of fatherhood, relationships, careers or simply trying to hold it all together. As a dad, husband, and professional, I understand what it may feel like to struggle silently. You’re not alone.
