I offer EMDR therapy to adults who are ready to work through their trauma and grief. I care about taking things at your pace, and I view therapy as a collaborative process. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches into my practice, including motivational interviewing and parts-based perspectives. My goal is to walk alongside you as you make sense of difficult life experiences and connect them to present-day insight and resources, while helping you feel safe and grounded through the process. I am also solutions-oriented, so if anxiety and depression have you feeling stuck, we can work together to figure out a path forward.
