I work with adolescents (14+), adults, and couples who need a safe place to work towards their desired outcomes. Clients will be met with kindness, compassion and a judgment free space to work collaboratively towards those goals. I work with anxiety, trauma, CoDependency, and neurodivergence. I believe everyone has struggles and can benefit from some level of support. These struggles ebb and flow in our lives and an outside perspective may help us to see what we are missing. I specialize in CoDependency, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness and use a strength based approach to help each individual.
