I enjoy working with sensitive and creative adults and adolescents, and those who are cultivating these traits. As a former teacher of the gifted, I discovered a passion for supporting those who may appear outwardly successful or are doing "fine," but who feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or struggle with addiction or identity challenges. Perhaps you are ready to let some of that out, let some things go, and to build some new skills for creating a more fulfilling and sustainable way of being. I take a strengths-based, affirming, and holistic approach, listening deeply, with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you meet life on life's terms and to support meaningful change where you seek it.
