I am well-versed in tailoring empirically supported therapeutic approaches to suit the unique needs of my clients, no matter the concern. I have worked with a variety of client concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, injury recovery, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions just to name a few.
