With almost 20 years’ experience with working with kids, adults, Veterans and their families, I bring a vast variety of tools to the table. I am passionate about working with individuals to help them find their confidence. I enjoy working with and coaching kids and adults, whether that be in fitness, sports, relationships, or life in general. I also have a strong background and passion in collaborating with individuals struggling with substance abuse and or the ripple effects from it.
