Many high performing gay men reach a point where alcohol no longer feels like a choice. It may still "work" socially or professionally, but internally something about it feels off. While you do not identify with labels such as addiction, you now your relationship with alcohol is costing you energy, clarity or connection. I specializing in helping gay men who are successful, thoughtful, self away yet conflicted about their drinking and seeking a more aligned path forward.
