Many of the individuals I work with are high achieving professionals that struggle to manage the pressure they put on themselves to succeed. They often have anxiety around performance and have difficulty creating work life balance. As a result, they face significant relationship challenges by reacting with anger or avoiding closeness altogether. Changing these dynamics feel scary and uncertain, yet they desperately seek to do so. They often feel that if they do make changes, they won't be as effective at their careers, leaving them feeling trapped in their patterns.
