If you’re a parent looking for support for your son, or a man feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, I’d love to help. I specialize in working with boys, teen boys, and men, helping them build confidence, manage anxiety, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more in control of their lives. As both a counselor and a volleyball coach, I bring a unique understanding of how boys and men think, communicate, and grow. Whether it’s school stress, performance pressure, low self-esteem, or relationship struggles, I provide a supportive and encouraging environment where meaningful change can happen!
