Hi I’m Jake and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment for people that are struggling with a mental health issue/crisis. Ive been an outpatient individual therapist since 2007 and have experiences with many types of issues and varying levels of severity. I strive to be open-minded, non judgmental, and as honest as I can be. We talk and get comfortable with one another. I am interested in identifying your presenting problems and why you are seeking therapy. I will likely ask some clinical questions a to gain a further background so that I can best help you. You can ask me what ever you want; I will answer whatever I'm comfortable with.
