Hello, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who's been licensed in the state of Florida since 2013. I've been in private practice since 2017. It is my belief that the most important thing a therapist can do is carefully listen to their patients to help them feel understood and validated. I also teach evidence based techniques that help my client learn how to work through difficult emotions so they can focus living a rich and meaningful life. In our first session together I will learn all about the concerns you have that brought you to therapy in the first place. In addition, I give a brief overview of the kinds of strategies and techniques that I use to help my patients as well as any potential benefits and risks that therapy may pose.
