About

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, board-approved supervisor and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I utilize EMDR, mindfulness-based CBT, and person-centered approaches that have been shown to be highly effective for treating a multitude of concerns. I am familiar with most issues, and have a particular interest in treating trauma and working through relationship concerns. I am also KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) trained, and interested in assisting with the integration phase of psychedelic assisted therapy. Some areas that I focus on include: trauma and post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, panic, boundary and relationship issues, chemical dependency and relapse prevention, behavioral addictions, mood disorders and anger management. I also offer clinical supervision for per-licensed clinicians seeking post-grad license hours.
