If you resonate with any of that, I understand. That's what I seek to address head-on in counseling. Through working together, we'll identify the structures in life that bind you to a routine you don't feel capable of breaking out of, and shape those structures into ones that work best for you. For client's dealing with the lingering effects of trauma, I also provide EMDR therapy to help reprocess and move past traumatic experienced.
