I believe in a person’s innate ability to find meaningful change and growth in their lives. Sometimes this can come in the form of making changes, finding greater balance, or exploring ways to cope with life's stressors. Modern life can drive disconnect between where we find joy and our everyday lives. Therapy can be a safe place to explore who you are, what drives you, and how you can better cope with the stress life brings. I have experience working with individuals, families, and groups of all ages and diverse backgrounds, and have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, grief, finding purpose, and life changes. My goal in therapy is to be a conduit of empowerment, understanding, unconditional positive regard through a person centered approach in a collaborative way. I believe each individual is an expert in their own lives and my goal is to help facilitate empowerment through education and introspection.
