From the cradle to the grave, we are wired for connection. I view mental health challenges to be a byproduct of disconnection and a lack of safety. Imbalanced and unpredictable experiences in the absence of emotional safety can leave us stuck with a negative self-view, as well as feelings of inadequacy and unimportance. My plan for you is simple: I will help you create and rediscover safety in your life/relationship. I consider myself to be attachment-based, emotionally-focused, and trauma-informed.
