Whether you are new to therapy or are ready to try therapy again, I am glad you are here. Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck? Maybe current life stressors or past traumas (military or other) effect how you feel about yourself, your relationships, your work, and possibly even your community. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space where we work together foster change and create personal growth. My approach to therapy is best described as eclectic. I use evidence based treatments designed to treat the whole person. (mind, body, and spirit)
