I meet clients wherever they are on their journey, bringing curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor along the way. By weaving in self-disclosure and lightheartedness, I strive to break down stigma, create connection, and remind people that therapy can be both meaningful and—yes—fun! I support people through every life stage—from pregnancy, postpartum, and NICU journeys to teens/families facing disordered eating, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and older adults coping with grief and loss. I’m a therapist and dietitian with 25 years of experience supporting individuals in healing from disordered eating and comorbidities. My approach is client-specific and can be grounded in science-based theories, non-dieting approaches, body neutrality, as well as sensorimotor trauma therapy, and narrative and person-centered frameworks.
