I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about empowering my clients. I take a holistic approach to therapy, validating each client as a whole person, not just the symptoms that initially lead them to seek therapy. I recognize that trauma, regardless of the source, often has a direct impact on physical health. When treating trauma, I use mind-body techniques such as breathing exercises, meditation, visualization, and trauma-informed yoga to help my clients heal and to learn to feel safe in their bodies.
