I have been in private practice for 18 years working with adults, couples and adolescents. I help guide people who may be ambivalent about what it is they want in their relationships or careers, or are unsure how to get what they do want. There are often hidden things we haven't given voice to, usually out of concern of being judged, hurting others, or feeling ashamed. Concealing or judging parts of our true selves in this way often interferes with love, work, friendships and a sense of purpose, often causing difficulties such as depression and anxiety.
