My passion is helping those I work with to feel empowered, valued and understood. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions and family dynamics. I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for client's to explore and grow. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing on evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop new skills, and foster meaningful change in their lives. In our sessions, you will find a warm open, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing openly. Whether you're dealing with specific struggles or simply want to work toward a more fulfilling life, I am here to listen, guide, and support you each step of the way.
