If you're dissatisfied in your life, you probably have tried to find solutions on your own before considering contacting a therapist. Or maybe you tried therapy and it only helped you temporarily or partially, but never got to the heart of the problem. I work with adults and couples facing challenges and who seek a deeper understanding of themselves. There is a biological need to feel understood that exists within all of us, which is where our emotional life exists.
