Often in life we are faced with the unknown; the relationships, situations and experiences that may be or can feel outside of our control. With this uncertainty, fear often follows close behind. Everything can begin to feel a bit out of place. We temporarily lose our way. We do live in uncertain times which has greatly increased stressors and fears. However, what is also true is that we have this beautiful ability to adapt and continue to connect to joy. Connection is key.
