Glimpses of gratitude can bring us far. My goal is to help you reconnect to yourself and help you identify what it is you want in life. I believe in the power of self-love, taking deep breaths, becoming aware of our thoughts, and trusting we are strong enough to feel the feelings we have. I have been in the field since 2006 in various positions with many populations and problem areas. What’s constant, is that I am passionate about my role as a social worker and being present for others. I incorporate Eastern philosophies in my practice and invite emotion connection through the power of stillness; the place we find ourselves.
