With a combination of the therapeutic relationship, traditional talk-therapy and the creative process of art therapy, we can work towards your goals and help you experience a fulfilling life. Life is HARD, and navigating the ebbs and flows alone is even harder. I find that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and growth. I’m all about fostering self-compassion, self-awareness, and giving you a space to meet your most authentic self. This relationship will be based on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and compassion.
