About

Many people struggle with a growing imbalance of work/life stress and personal guilt in modern day society. I help clients struggling with this both individually and as couples or families. I have an appreciation for diverse learning methods and cultural attitudes, as well as a flexible and creative coaching style that allows me to work well with clients of all ages. I am supportive, encouraging, and sympathetic to clients struggling with the ongoing stress of managing their lives, and help them get back to leading an enjoyable life no matter what they may be handling. I am an advocate for my clients’ growth, and enjoy helping them gain insight into both themselves and their world. In couples work, I help partners address elements of their lives and themselves that are interfering with their relationship.
