I work with adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ identity as they explore self, relationships, and belonging. I approach this work with care and understanding, paying close attention to how past experiences, cultural identity, and systems shape each person’s life. I work collaboratively to support expression, insight, and personal growth in a nonjudgmental and affirming space where individuals feel safe, respected, and heard throughout the therapeutic process.
