My passion lies in working with individuals to incorporate the cognitive, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies in the healing process. I am strongly influenced by therapeutic approaches that empower individuals to find solutions and heal the whole-self. I use SE (Somatic Experiencing) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in my work with individuals struggling with relational and shock trauma and its syndromes and symptoms including chronic pain, addiction, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have advanced training in near-death experience.
