I am accepting new clients for virtual sessions, evenings. My approach is grounded in the fusion of living from a soulful perspective while exploring actions oriented to living a life of purpose and peace. As we navigate our life journeys, we often find ourselves caught in reactivity to life's stressors and lose touch with the essence of who and what we really are. This can lead to abandoning practices that nourish our body, mind and soul. In session, clients engage in explorations and practices which support discovering their potential and creating a fulfilling and extraordinary life. In counseling, I specialize in supporting women experiencing stress, anxiety and mild depression. I am clinically trained in western psychology and eastern traditions which offer relief from suffering. My approach is grounded in exploring thought patterns and behaviors, returning to the core essence of self and letting go of what no longer serves.
