I’m passionate in helping individuals untangle the complex trauma that is contributing to distress & tension in their lives using conversation, metaphors, stories, movement, art, play, music, humor and accountability. Overall, I’m eclectic in my approach, but a philosophy I embrace is that compassion & empathy without accountability reduces healing to being seen, instead of being strengthened. I pace with my clients, ensure they are seen, safe, and validated, but I do offer perspectives, insights, and thoughtfully crafted questions that encourage growth and more capacity.
