I help individuals, couples, and activists navigate anxiety, burnout, grief, and conflict through a culturally affirming, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and liberatory approach. We are living in challenging times and life can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a brave and supportive space to help my clients process hard things, nurture strengths and community, and feel empowered to cultivate a fulfilling and joyful life.
