I strive to provide a warm and comforting environment for my clients to feel heard and supported. As a licensed mental health professional, breaking the stigma around mental health is something that I am truly passionate about personally and professionally. I specialize in working with women who struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, and various life transitions. Many of my clients are new moms, perfectionists, working professionals and over-thinkers. I am a strong advocate for self love, self empowerment and self care. I practice with a strengths-based and solution focused perspective.
