I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults. When working with clients, I seek to help them to identify strategies that can be used on a daily basis to improve their relationships across all environments (home, school, work). I believe that it helps to be able to talk to someone when feeling overwhelmed in order to manage your emotions as well as identify coping skills. It is also helpful to have someone to process with when facing challenges. Everyone needs support from time to time.
