Have you experienced a trauma such as sexual/physical/emotional abuse, bullying, a shooting, car accident, or combat/military trauma? Did you survive a traumatic/dysfunctional childhood? Do you have a relationship in your life that you want to be healthier? Does perfectionism consume you? Do you feel controlled by anxiety or depression? Some people think seeking help is a sign of weakness. I completely disagree. I believe it takes an inordinate amount of strength to reach out for help and to become your healthiest authentic self.
