Transitioning into young adulthood is difficult enough. Coupled with the impact of a now-fading pandemic, it’s no wonder that many young adults report feeling distressed and unprepared to launch into a healthy independence with their self-esteem and confidence intact. I work extensively with young adults struggling with the transition into and out of college, who may be experiencing anxiety and depression, to help make sense of this difficult period in their lives; together we will collaborate and create a path forward. I also specialize with adults dealing with grief and loss, and work with communication and relationship issues.
