Being a human is really hard work, especially when you feel stuck, alone, or misunderstood. Whatever is going on for you, I'm here for it! Depression, anxiety, life transition, grief and loss, relationship conflict, self-esteem, and substance use are all common issues that we can treat together in counseling.
