Hello and welcome! I’m currently accepting NEW clients in California, with immediate daytime and evening openings, and I take insurance (see below). I help individuals heal, rebuild, and develop tools and techniques to manage trauma triggers, anxiety, and stress. I work with clients who struggle with trauma, narcissistic abuse and detachment from a narcissist, anxiety, depression, OCD, C-PTSD/PTSD, addiction, and more. I also serve as a certified sex therapist, including an expertise in sex and porn addiction. Therapy offers a safe space to heal, and you deserve a trusted and trained guide on your journey.
