Here at the Circles of Resilience Counseling Center, we understand there are a multitude of stressors, obstacles, or challenges that can fall outside our “Circle of Control”. Throughout this journey called “Life” many of us find ourselves functioning in “Survival mode” in need of some tools to help navigate the expedition of life. I focus on nurturing a safe judgment free space that promotes the opportunity for a strengthened self-awareness, greater self-acceptance, and rediscovery of self through healing and exploration.
