Are you struggling in your relationships? Imbalance, lack of romance and sex, parenting challenges, work stress? All things that make connecting to our person harder. As a couples therapist, the lens I use looks at how our early attachments prime our needs for our partner, AND the ways in which our identity is impacted by external systems (how the world sees us). In other words, the combination of our past and our present. I believe that when we better understand ourselves (our needs, our desires) and let our authentic self show up to our relationship, we can find fulfillment and safety.
