If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or worn down from carrying too much for too long, you’re not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, burned out, or unsure how to move forward after difficult experiences. Therapy can be a space where you slow down, feel understood, and begin rebuilding a sense of balance and control in your life. I primarily work with teens/adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional stability, and healthier ways of coping with stress and relationships.
