I am a believer in seeing what you cannot see yet and will help you to see it soon enough! I have helped individuals surpass anxiety and depression through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, & Supportive Talk Therapy to reduce symptoms and have better overall functioning. I have taken an integrative approach to healing by utilizing more traditional forms of treatment & I am open minded in my approach.
