I work with children, adults, and families, and utilize a family systems approach to increase resiliency and self-awareness in order for direct changes to occur in your daily life. I specialize in child/adolescent therapy, play therapy, family therapy, divorce and separation, trauma, child sexual abuse, anxiety, addiction, and parenting support and stress. I have specialized training and certifications which include Teaching Parenting the Positive Discipline Way, and Diagnostic Assessment for Children 0-5, and Am fully certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also specialize in families who are separating, divorcing, and in custody proceedings and work closely with legal teams/GAL.
