Sometimes life circumstances change, challenges or difficulties arise in one’s personal or professional lives, creating a sense of overwhelm, confusion, or uncertainty. Reaching out for help to resolve these difficulties is both courageous and proactive. I work with young adults and adults experiencing stress, worry, anxiety and depression related to various life transitions and relationship concerns. I help clients better understand their patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving which provides the foundation and the momentum for making purposeful and lasting changes.
