My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic and safe environment conducive to sharing difficult issues that may be holding you back from living your most satisfied and fulfilled life. Finding a therapist that is relatable is such an important treatment consideration. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years helping adolescents and adults presenting symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, Bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, and difficult life transitions. Therapy is a collaborative process and we will work together to create achievable goals that build upon one another so that you can have the best quality of life.
