Life is short. My goal is to help people find purpose and to overcome the obstacles in life. I work with individuals, families and with couples (co parents as well) who are experiencing feelings/emotions/situations that are getting in the way of living a happy, fulfilled life. Finding a licensed, professional who can help you achieve your goals is step one. I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, depression, life events/traumas, bipolar disorder, teen/child issues, couples counseling, grief, finding purpose and many other mental health or self esteem struggles. I have several years of experience and training.
