My small independent practice is set in central Maine downtown Skowhegan. With a quiet feel many clients comment on how relaxed and homey it feels during their sessions. My goal is to make others feel safe and welcome into the space. I thoroughly enjoy working with Clients to discover their goals, increase their quality of life and unwrap their feelings of self-worth. In a world that is constantly on the go I feel that it is important to take sometime to understand oneself and needs.
