With over 16 years of experience practicing therapy with children and adolescents in a variety of settings I have extensive knowledge helping children and families overcome mental health challenges. I believe in making therapy fun and engaging for your child. If they are struggling with difficulties at home or school, I can teach them coping skills so they can help themselves feel better. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, OCD, PTSD, stress management, parenting, and LGBTQ+ issues. I believe parents are the key to change. There is no rule book for raising kids or teens, but I help parents navigate behavioral challenges and will work with you to rebuild your relationship with your child.
