My goal is to help people live fully and unencumbered by their past. All too often we are held back by our attitudes and behaviors, confused as to why we feel anxious, sad or lost. It is difficult to make changes when you don't understand the reason behind your thoughts and behaviors. Understanding ourselves and our past in a deeper way allows us to break free of unhealthy relationships and attitudes. The more aware we are of ourselves and the world the more choices we have as to how we live our lives.
