Hello and welcome! I am licensed to provide services in PA, MA,NJ, & OH. My area of expertise is working with adults as they navigate grief and loss experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals after sudden/unexpected death including SUD related death or loss of a child of any age. A loss does not require death. Living losses may encompass a major life transition that involves a shift in identity like new parenthood, a career change, or the end of a significant relationship. Grief is not linear and there is no right or wrong way to grieve; however, it is helpful to have guidance to validate and normalize your experiences.
