Sometimes people with the worst pasts end up creating the best futures. It is my goal as a therapist to help you reach that future. We all have struggles, failures, and regrets. The acknowledgement of having these battles is the greatest step forward. No matter what obstacles you bring to my office, you can expect to be met with non-judgement, compassion, professionalism, and authenticity. In session I weave together trauma-focused strategies, neuroscience, mindfulness, and integrative techniques to tailor each session to your needs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Louisiana State University. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
